If you are leaving your home for an extended period of time, you may wish to place your services on Vacation Rate. This will allow you to keep the same telephone number (and email address) and will reduce the hassle when you arrive back home.
Vacation Rate charges for local service is half rate. Charges for other services, such as High-speed Internet or AcenTek Video, vary by service. Your services can be on Vacation Rate for a maximum of six months and a minimum of 30 days. To be eligible for Vacation Rate, you must have been on full service for at least 30 days.
